A spacious, quiet, two-bedroom ground floor apartment with spectacular views of a vineyard and partial sea views, along with a private outdoor patio with a barbecue.

It is well located within walking distance from the beach and a shopping center with two supermarkets, a gym, and restaurants. The port of La Duquesa and the town of Sabinillas are a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment is brand new and fully equipped in this dream setting on the Costa del Sol between Estepona and Sotogrande.
