"We were travelling west on motorcycles as were pleasantly surprised at the value for money at this traditional motel. Staff were very friendly and gave us a corner room. Convenient for our travel on the Yellowhead Highway. Smitty's Family restaurant only 5 minutes walk offering good value eating options. Would and did stay here again on our return trip. Likes - clean, white sheets, white pillow cases, white towels, friendly staff, convenient location for onward travel, cold AC. Dislikes - none."

"The lady at check in was super friendly and very helpful! Give that girl a raise asap! She even came into the pool room to show us the "adult sized" towels when she noticed us grabbing the smaller ones. Very attentive. Love her. The rooms clean and beds were comfy. The bathroom was also clean, but the shower curtain smelled sour. Needed a wash. The pool was cold, not heated as advertised. We didn't attempt it anyway, as there was about a dozen kids (12-14 ish) roughousing in and around the pool and running rampant in the halls. We think there was a youth baseball tournament happening in town, so I'm sure that's not the usual for the hotel. The hot tub was nice and hot, but it was more like a backyard type of hot tub, which was odd lol. We didn't try the breakfast but it smelled delicious!"
