"Had to get 3 rooms, first room was dirty, not clean from previous guest. 2nd room toilet didn’t work. Finally 3rd room was fine. Shower was gross though. No bowls for cereal in breakfast area. Asked none available. Would not recommend"

I didn’t consume any breakfast here as it was a continental breakfast and I prefer a fuller meal. Breakfast area/lobby also tidy. I always stay here when I’m in Hillsdale and will continue to do so."

"I very rarely complain, I was looking forward to staying at the hotel. When we arrived it was late and the lobby, empty, was fairly dark (which I understand given the time frame), it took fairly long awhile for someone to come to the front desk. I rang the desk bell a few times until eventually someone came. I understand that the hotel is older but the rooms were filthy (more so the bathroom), just dirty. We went for breakfast in the am that was suppose to be open until nine and we arrived at 8:30 with very limited to no options (no meat, fruit, items in fridge, bagels etc) and items were being cleaned up when we arrived (cereals, milk, pancake items etc). It was all ok but I think first impression was disappoint"
