Tina's bungalow is a nicely appointed place and is cozy, quaint, and well-maintained. The residential neighborhood (1880s homes) is nice for quiet walks; getting to downtown or other areas very easily will require a car.

Cozy place to stay, very nicely furnished and comfortable. Everything was well set up, with ample towels and even some toiletries available and some condiments in the frig. Thank you to our host and we would definitely book again!
Tina's was fabulous. The location was perfect and convenient to everywhere. When I say perfect it was this location. The beds were like a hug and so comfortable. The living room, the bathroom and kitchen were well decorated and had everything you would need for your stay. Tina always was responsive to any questions. The perfect host....
Great host/ hostess! Great communication! Great, comfy, cozy place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Great location and easy access to the attractions in the area. Everything you need to enjoy your stay! Check in/out process was a breeze. Highly recommend!
Me and two other guys stayed for a week of salmon fishing. Tina made the process very easy and accommodating. The location was perfect being only 5 miles from the dock.
We booked this upstairs apartment for 2 reasons: the reasonable rate and perfect location but what we got was so much more!
The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, the whole apartment was warm and inviting, clean & comfortable, pleasantly decorated and smelled nice. The beds were super comfortable and the carpet begged to be walked on with bare feet! The pictures and other reviews were spot on! Just a lovely lovely rental!
This is a really good property to stay at. It’s a safe, quiet and friendly area. The locals are good people. The property is superbly equipped if you want to cook for yourself and close enough to walk, if you want, or a short drive downtown to bars, restaurants etc.
The property has a minor drawback insomuch as the heat to the apartment is controlled by the downstairs tenant. This wouldn’t be a problem of course in the summer, but for me personally it was a little cold at times for my November Wisconsin visit.
Don’t let this put you off though, a electric heater is provided which took the edge off the cold, and I’m sure Tina will find a better long term solution in the future.
Tina’s cozy and welcoming 2nd floor apartment was the perfect “home away from home.” Check-in was a breeze. Our stay was for one week, and we found the kitchen and bathroom to be incredibly well stocked with everything we wanted. The location is very peaceful, and we enjoyed a morning sunrise at Lake Michigan (just a few blocks away) and delicious donuts from the bakery just down the block. It’s a very safe location for a run or a bike ride or both! (Check out the new Bayshore Trail that is accessed from the nearby zoo and connects to the beautiful Mariners Trail). And did I mention the large fenced in backyard with fire pit? We had two fires, and Tina provided the firewood, lighter fluid, and matches. Our bed was very comfortable, and air conditioning in all rooms was more than ample during the hot summer days. I only had a couple of questions for our host, and she answered my texts quite promptly. i met the very friendly downstairs tenant one day and we had a nice chat. I highly recommend Tina’s Bungalow and am certain we will be staying here again soon.
Thank you, Tina! We enjoyed our stay here, found most everything we needed or wanted. No washer and dryer. Cleanest place ever, well-stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, nicely decorated, and a really comfortable king bed! Tina responded almost immediately with answers to my questions.
Travelers should be aware that the entrance is a long set of outside stairs. Also, know that electric plug-ins are limited because of age of house.
Very cozy with nice decor. Comfortable beds and sofas. Soft towels. Well equipped with everything we needed. Close to downtown. Good communication with owner.
A friend and I spent Monday-Friday here. It was wonderful...could not have expected more! It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Tina was wonderful to work with and gave up a ton of suggestions for places to eat and see. We will gladly rent again! Thank you Tina!
It was a very cozy place. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. My daughter loved the fluffy soft blanket. The only issue we had were the door knobs. They were loose so we had a hard time getting out of the bedroom and bathroom. Overall, a great place.
Tina's place was sooo clean and comfortable! We stayed a week, and it felt like home after the first night. Perfect for 2-4 people. More can be accommodated, with personal sacrifices made. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood, clean, well kept and safe. No security issues at all. I even had a package delivered to the address.
Manitowoc and the Two Rivers area is beautiful and friendly. Many nice sites to see (Maritime Museum is just one), Good restaurants/pubs (Submariner's Pub in Two RIvers is fun! Many others a few blocks south of the house). Make the area a vacation destination and explore, and stay at Tin's wonderful place.
Tina was so easy to work with. This place was cute and worked for our family of 5. We weren’t in the house long -just to sleep worked great for us. Thank you!
