It includes parking space for 3 vehicles and a fully equipped kitchen. Located on Cerro de Oro road, just a 3-minute drive from the city’s main dining and nightlife area. Perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and easy access to urban life.This is a rest and relaxation property. No parties No event.

The house offers 4 bright and comfortable bedrooms, furnished with double and semi-double beds. The master bedroom also includes a double sofa bed, dressing area, and spacious closets—designed for your rest and comfort.

There are 3.5 modern, clean, and functional bathrooms with hot water showers and essential toiletries. The master bathroom includes a bathtub.

The main living room is wide and cozy, ideal for group gatherings or relaxing. Inside, enjoy two dining areas for family meals, and there are two additional tables that can be set up outdoors—perfect for sunny afternoons or BBQ nights.
