    A newly remodeled studio apartment located in the exclusive “El Cable” area in Manizales. Just a few metres away, you’ll find restaurants, cinemas, cafes, shopping centers, supermarkets, universities, a football stadium, parks, and an events area. The city boasts an excellent climate, very friendly people, and a youthful atmosphere.

    We’ve designed every space for your complete comfort, relaxation, and an enjoyable stay.

    The Space
    The property enjoys excellent natural lighting throughout, allowing you to experience a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

    THE BEDROOM:
    It features a bedroom with a custom-designed double bed and a Pullman mattress so you can enjoy an excellent, restful night’s sleep. It also features a 58" TV where you can create your own home theatre experience, enjoying the best Netflix series and films (included, of course), and a cable TV package with over 200 local and international channels.

    THE KITCHEN:
    Fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, blender, orange juicer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, a complete set of pots and pans, a complete set of tableware, wine glasses, a rice cooker, a pressure cooker, cutlery, knives, ladles, and condiment containers.

    It also features a quartz worktop where you can enjoy your culinary creations (or takeaway).

    LIVING ROOM:
    The living room features a sofa bed, a work area, books on architecture and tourism, and views of the mountains and local buildings. It’s the ideal place to let your creativity flow and boost your productivity.

    BATHROOM:
    The bathroom was designed to create a spa-like atmosphere, equipped with bath and hand towels, soap, shampoo, and relaxing scents.
