Nice room with great view of a park and not far from train station. Breakfast was great. Had trouble sleeping with summer heat and window open to all the street noise.

Hotel was in a good location for us. Functional room. Staff were not particularly friendly but responsive. We asked about the shuttle to the airport as shown on the website - everyone was surprised as they had never heard of this!

Convenient and clean hotel with good service.
The property is new and well-managed. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The window can be opened to allow some fresh air. The WiFi is good and the kettle with tea and coffee available in the room is handy. However, there is no refrigerator in the room. The buffet breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. Service is good. The location is excellent, being within walking distance to the train station and a tram station. There are supermarkets nearby.

One of the worst I have ever tried! V v v v bad
I have book an excitiv room but I found very stubed and less than normal one with zero facility, no refreg no lotion nothing just bottle of suop fixed at toallit wall! Plz run away from it, you will never enjoy it

The hotel was attractive and the staff were very nice, front desk and housekeeping staff equally friendly. The room was small but nicely furnished. I wished it had a small refrigerator and more than one pillow.

A great hotel for the business traveller
A good hotel (near a large supermarket) - with all the core essentials for a business traveller. Modern decor (its a new hotel) and friendly staff. They've always given me the quiet room I've asked for. Food is fresh, bed is great, wifi access and modern bathrooms. Only possible irritations: timing for being able to order dinner is quite limited, the menu doesn't change - and lunch is not always available. Breakfast is adequate but don't expect anything lavish. Overall, my preferred hotel for Mannheim.

Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, Zimmer war Sauber und nett eingerichtet für 1 Person. Frühstücken konnte man schon sehr früh, das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Personal war freundlich wie man es gewohnt ist. Mir hätte es geholfen wenn man vorab erklärt hätte, wie die schlüsselkarten funktionieren und wie man abschließen kann usw. Ein paar Sachen müsste ich mir selber denken und besitze glücklicherweise einen ich würde sagen durchschnittlichen IQ. Das Ambiente war sehr ansprechend, Essen natürlich teuer, aber gute Portionen und lecker. Ich würde dort wieder übernachten.

Das Hotel wurde nunmehr zum zweiten Mal gebucht, leider diesmal etwas enttäuscht: Check-In nicht freundlich & zuvorkommend, wie dies für "Wiederholungsbucher" zu erwarten wäre, es mussten nochmals alle Daten papierhaft ausgefüllt werden; darüber hinaus Fassadenbauarbeiten, über welche jedoch zumindest vor Anreise per eMail informiert wurde. Ansonsten i.O.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Das Hotel befindet sich am Rande von Mannheim mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Die Strassenbahn ist ca.3-5min Laufweg vom Hotel entfernt. Das Hotel sauber und ruhig, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Sehr komfortabler Aufenthalt.
Sehr komfortable und große Zimmer. Der Service war auch sehr freundlich. Einziger minus Punkt wäre, dass es nur kleine Lichter gab und nur ein Hauptlicht. Und dass der Hauptraum mit Teppich ausgestattet war. Aber das ist Geschmacksache!

Die RezeptionistInnen waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer, besonders das Bad, war toll. Wir hätten uns noch Sky-Bundesliga gewünscht, aber man kann nicht alles haben. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Mannheim werden wir sicher wieder in diesem Hotel absteigen. LG

Ich fand extrem gut, dass ich trotz einer Eincheckzeit von 15 Uhr bereits am Vormittag einchecken konnte. Ich habe am Vortag angerufen und nachgefragt, so dass die Mitarbeiter bescheid wussten und entsprechend reagieren konnten. So konnte ich am Ankunftstag bereits gegen 11 Uhr einchecken, obwohl der Check In offiziell erst ab 15 Uhr möglich war.

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes, sonniges Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick. Im Hotel war es frühmorgens sehr ruhig, niemand hat beim Schlafen gestört. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut: in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit guter Infrastruktur, nicht weit zum Rhein zum Spazierengehen, alle Geschäfte in erreichbarer Nähe, keine 15 Min. zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert
Freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang, liegt in einem recht chicen Viertel der ja nicht überall schönen und sicheren Stadt Mannheim. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein kleiner Park. War für uns günstig, da wir unseren Hund dabei hatten. Café Grimmlinger (oder so ähnlich) ist nicht allzu weit weg, dort kann man sehr preiswert frühstücken. Aber es gibt auch andere nette oder chicere Cafés. Restaurants sind dagegen eher Mangelware. Das Hotel-Restaurant ist global-uniform ohne Individualität.

Der Kunde stört
Wir hatten eine Konferenz, nach 3 E-Mails war es nicht möglich, ein Kontingent zu reservieren. Die Tischreservierung (15 Personen) war organisatorisch interessant. Auch als Kunde im zweiten Jahr war das nicht telefonisch möglich. Als wir mit 15 Personen ins Restaurant kamen (keine anderen Gäste), war die Bedienung erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung dazu bereit, uns zu bedienen. Doppelter Umsatz wäre definitiv kein Problem gewesen. Wer gern lang vor seinem leeren Glas sitzt, ohne gestört zu werden: hier ist euer perfektes Restaurant. Bei einer Bestellung hat sie sogar die Augen gerollt. Diese Erfahrung hatten wir jetzt im zweiten Jahr.

Wir waren zu zweit in einem Doppelzimmer. Alles sehr sauber und ansprechend. Die Nachbarn hat man eigentlich nicht gehört. Zur Zimmerausstattung gab es Wasser und ein kleines Süsses Goddie sowie Kaffee. Wir könnten, nach Rücksprache auch erst Nachts einchecken. Das einzige was mir persönlich missviel war der Teppichboden wegen einer vorliegenden Allergie. Dennoch würde ich auf jedenfall noch einmal dort buchen.

The place to stay in Mannheim, Germany
Ein bltzsauberes, wohl geführtes Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage uind dennoch nur 5 -10 Minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt, Hauptbahnhof und Zentralem Busbahnhof. Ebenfalls nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist das Rheinufer, das zum Promenieren einlädt. Im gleichen Quadrat sind ein großer REWE, ein Drogeriemarkt, sowie eine Filialbäckerei untergebracht. Das Zimmer war für deutsche Verhältnisse groß, das Bett fest und doch komfortabel, Toilette und Dusche sachgemäß.. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos kompetent, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und appetitlich angerichtet.
