"Pros: Affordable. Clean. Close to the venue of our event. Friendly staff. Cons: The beds were full sized beds, not Queen sized. We are a family of 4 with teens so it was a little uncomfortable, but not terrible for one night. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. It got very steamy in the bathroom. Overall, it was a good stay. We just needed a room for one night while we attended an event nearby. Would stay again."

"The unit is bigger than you realize and even for a family of four we had a lot of space. Hot days when we stayed and the unit stayed nice and cool. Host was super easy to communicate with. Unit was clean and well taken care of. Would stay again if in NYC area."

"We stayed at Lisette's with a group of girl scouts for a trip to NYC. Parking was simple with lots of available spots. Check in was very easy. Neighborhood was safe and quiet with a school half a block away. Very close to 95 and easy to get to the city. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. It is listed as sleeping 10 but we were tight with 7 of us and one bathroom. One bedroom had a king pull out bed and twin bed and the other bedroom had a queen and twin bed. The couch pulled out and would be tight but doable for 2 people. There was a blow up mattress we did not use. The shower was great. Towels were provided but no wash clothes or hand towels so bring your own if you have a big group. We utilized the kitchen but realized that there was no toaster after we had already bought bagels (our fault) but made it work. There was not a pot big enough to cook pasta for 7 people so did that in shifts and no colander to drain it. Also no cookie sheet but had most other cooking essentials. Would stay there again in the future."

"Floors were filthy. Maid service changed sheets first night but didn’t replenish coffee. No hair dryer. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Not enough outlets near bed for chargers etc. perhaps you cater to a different crowd, based on signs in lobby. We requested no service by taping a do not disturb sign on our door. Value was good - we only needed a place to sleep."

"Our family of six had an excellent stay. The property was exactly as advertised and matched the photos. The entire VRBO experience was smooth and stress-free, from check-in to communication with the host. Everything was clearly explained, and the host was responsive and easy to work with.One thing that stood out was the neighborhood. It was clean, safe, quiet, and very family-oriented, which was important to us while traveling with family. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere of the area.We would absolutely look to book this property again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in a great neighborhood."

"We needed a house for our two families to stay for a graduation weekend and this home worked perfectly for us. Plenty of space was available on 3 levels plus an outdoor porch. We enjoyed the large dining table and also the living room with plenty of seating. Grocery store and New Rochelle station are a short drive away, but walking the area was easy as well and we felt safe to walk at night around the neighborhood.The host was accommodating and responsive to communications. We would stay again."
