"The hotel itself was nice enough but we were very disappointed on arrival to find that the bar and the restaurant were both closed for reasons my Spanish was not good enough to understand. The promised restaurants in the village turned out to also be closed but we were eventually able to find some snacks at a bar. Having specifically booked a place with bar and restaurant it is very annoying to have to traipse around finding something to eat after a day's travelling. "

"As we were just a couple staying we only had the smaller part of the home, but it was clean and well presented with nice touches like fresh flowers and a plate of the most amazing tasting tomatoes we have ever had the pleasure of eating, plus another large bag full of these gorgeous rustic home grown delights handed to us by the owner on arrival, who introduced us to his lovely parents as well. "What an outstanding property! Wow, staff was great, room was fantastic! Location in next to the cathedral! Advise you drive to front door, drop off your luggage, then park your car outside the village. Great Breakfast, buy it as there is nowhere nearby for food before 1100. Dinners start at nearby restaurants at 8PM."
