Relaxing Kerr Lake Cottage w/ Private Boat dock - Pet Friendly!
Enjoy a wonderful Weekly (Sun-Sun) or (TFS night) Weekend escape and set your Anchor at this newly established three bedroom, two bath Lakefront home located just minutes off I-85 at the North Carolina/Virginia border on beautiful Kerr Lake. Just 1hr from Raleigh! Just off Exit #220 I-85.
Relax in quite rural surroundings and just enjoy. Bring your boats/jet skis and launch from one of several public boat ramps, like Satterwhite Point Marina or Flemingtown Road Boat Launch, only minutes from the house and tie up at the home's large dock on a cove just off the main lake. At Anchor's dock is a short walk from the back of the lot with plenty of room for a Pontoon boat, Jet Skis and any other water craft that you have waiting for you to Fish, Ski, Wakeboard or Tube in the numerous coves and inlets of the 800 miles of Keer Lake shore line!
