"Well I told the staff about my toilet being clogged, I was told use the bathroom in the hallway and that toilet end up being clogged too. So I was forced to go to the public restroom at Burlington Coat Factory. When I returned the cleaning staff handed me a plunger so I ended up unclogging the toilet myself. Later on I took a shower and the tub began to clog. So my brother had to wait about an hour so the water could go down. The front desk staff was great."

"This was a handicap room. My 93 year old mother could barely get around in the room with her walker. A wheelchair would never be able to fit in this room. I could not see the numbers on the door while looking for our room. The force of water in the shower was very light. There was no butter for toast or waffles in the morning. The coffee was cold. I had to take it back to the room and heat in the microwave. "
