"Check was delayed due to short staffing and the bathroom was horrible, dirty baseball hat on the hook behind the door, no covers on the sink drains and the ceiling was missing half the texture. Overall the room was in poor shape."

"My small family and I were excited to rent this home since we were coming to town for my father's birthday (who is passed away) . As soon as I booked the home I started receiving messages from the host questioning me on why I was renting her home and sending several messages about not having anyone else come to her home. I booked a week early and was messaged everyday about it up to the day I arrived. Upon arriving I felt so uncomfortable to be there, the 2 days we booked for, we literally went late at night and only slept and didn't even get to enjoy the home itself at all. When trying to take a shower WE COULDN'T, the "waterfall showerhead" was definitely a waterfall. The water came out the pipe and didn't make it out the showerhead at all!! I tried to turn the fan on in the room as I got really hot while sleeping and so much dust and trash flew all over me. Floor was dirty and so were the dishes in the cabinets. The day of check out I got woken up by a message from the host telling me when the cleaning person will be there etc. I felt like I was being pushed out, so we left early. We felt very unwanted there!! Overall it was bad, this was my first time renting a vacation home and knowing how much money I spent and didn't get to enjoy ourselves or feel comfortable what so ever was definitely a horrible feeling!! Would not go back nor would I recommend!"

"The room had smell of dog urine in several areas. I don’t mind paying extra for my dog but at least don’t make me smell the previous guest dog pee. Otherwise room was very nice and everything else appeared clean."

"Rooms felt grungy. Overall place was Sub par, included breakfast was terrible. Front desk staff was rude. We were traveling with our kids in their 20s for a wedding and had requested ajoining rooms. This was not given - we were on separate floors. The rooms smelled like feet. I would not recommend or stay here again."

"Pool was unoperable, found used womens underwear in The room, when telling the mgr/owner about the underwear and asked for a different room he became irate and kicked us out of the hotel. Very rude and unprofessional person.challenged my 24 year old son to a fight and was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife. We will never ever patronize this establishment again"
