"The staff was wonderful. We did go to happy hour the second night. The bartender was awesome. I asked about the happy hour cookies. Since there were none, he brought us the most incredible cheese cake that his wife made. All staff were great. Available when needed. Just send a WhatsAp message."

"Amazing staff and perfect location with a short 2 minute walk thru some palm trees to the beach! Will definitely be recommending this place to friends - had to rank the breakfast 4 stars because there were ants crawling on the fruit at the buffet. BUT....it's Costa Rica so...."

"This is an incredibly beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Moses is awesome and greets you with a smile every time he sees you. The bar is convenient, although the drinks are very expensive outside of happy hour. There is wildlife all around the hotel, from three different species of monkeys to scarlet macaws, to iguanas and frogs. It's in a great location within walking distance from anything you might need. Highly recommend. "

"Fantastic resort! Everything was beyond expectations. The grounds and pools are gorgeous with amazing views and food is always super fresh and delicious. All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and friendly - especially Pablo, Jordan, Jackie, Roberto, Jaffeth. Parador is a very special place that made us feel like we are part of their family. Hope to return soon!"
