Welcome to this charming cottage/lake home in Many. Located mid-lake in the Toledo Town area, close to resturants and grocery store. Completely remodeled with Farm/lake house decore. Designed with entertainment and gathering in mind, this 4 bedroom 3 bath will comfortably sleep 14. There is ample parking for cars and boats as well as a private boat dock. Conveniently located on a quite cove just minutes from everything!

Toledo Bend 2025

Location of the property is preferred for Fishman wanting a location near the center of Toledo Bend Reservoir. The Home was very clean, fishing at the property was excellent. I can't wait to rent the Property next Year!
