- Water views of Green Island are afforded from this original beach house located in a quiet culdesac opposite Manyana Beach.
Open plan kitchen, dining and loungeroom up stairs with dishwasher, TV and DVD.
Undercover deck with outdoor seating and gas bbq .
Two bedrooms and bathroom (shower + toilet) located on upper floor along with additional sitting room.
There is a third bedroom accessed externally with another bathroom with shower and toilet. The landry is located downstairs as well.
Bed linen and bath towels provided.
Garage available to store bikes and boards.
Two local cafes and general store at Bendalong and Cunjurong Point.
Tennis courts (but must bring own rackets and balls) , soccer field, skate park and basket ball court in Manyana.
Plenty of beaches bays and lakes to enjoy fishing, surfing, skiing, kayaking, kite surfing etc.
Fireplace for heating.
No pets allowed.
No Wifi
Strictly no smoking inside.
No parties, events, bucks or hens nights.
