Service was excellent, food was delicious, room was beautiful and comfortable. We were disappointed in the guided safari drives however. We had just come from another lodge where the guide had shared so much information about animal behaviors, flora, the ecosystem, etc. We learned so much. Whereas these drives seemed to be just looking to check certain animals off a list. We barely got any information and while it was exciting to see lions, we stayed watching them too long, which I didn’t even...

This is the first time I've bothered to review a hotel but Shindzela is deservign of all the praise it gets. Fantastic experience with great food, safari drives, rangers.... Could not recommend this highly enough.
