Our room was comfortable, clean and soundproof. There was a clear timetable for the bus shuttle to/from Narita and the service was efficient. This large hotel offered several restaurants as well as a mini-supermarket.

The room was very nice. The bathroom was very clean. Everything was neat and orderly. Everything you need from hot water maker to hair, blower toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap comb all the amenities. The bed was a little firm in the pill.
