"Me and my girlfriend spent a few nights in one of the apartments. Before arriving Ana, that manage, the hotel and apartment sent us a very helpful email with information about check in, parking, breakfast places etc. Upon arrival Ana took us to the apartment, which was spotless clean and exactly as the images. "My husband and I were pleased with our stay at Casa Capricho. The description and photos of the property are accurate. Having a pool, lounge chairs, and patio was perfect for relaxing after touring the quaint town of Vejer. Also, there’s a great restaurant that is walking distance from the house. "Beautiful hotel set among stunning gardens. This is our second visit and its a real pleasure to stay there. Hotel is beautifully maintained, all of the staff are very friendly & helpful, rooms well furnished & comfortable. We parked in the adjoining public car park as it was cheaper than the hotel. TPayment was difficult as it was all in Spanish but the receptionist was extremely helpful in making sure we were paying the right amount. May not be ideal for someone with imobility issues as it is set on a slope, however it is manageable. & a lot of the facilities & the big pool are on level ground & tge lifts are good. I could get down to the sunset bar and the cliff top walk is lovely but i couldn't get down to the beach as there were too many steps!"

"We would definitely stay here again, outstanding rooms (we stayed in a bungalo). The breakfast is an incredible experience, outstanding. Two things need improvement: Big pothole at the front entrance, which I missed and drove into bottoming out the car. Secondly, the parking entrance/area could be smoother, jagged rocks and bumpy terrain. Don't show up with low profile tires/performace car, could be problematic... otherwise park on the street... Overall a hidden gem!!, well situated between Zahara and Tarifa, letting you take advantage of both cities."

"Gruphotel Conil Playa was our first ever Adults-only hotel experience and it was nice not having splashing, noisy kids at the pool for a change. This property is only 5-years old, super modern and airy, spacious with beautiful fish sculptures honoring the “Atún Rojo” (bluefin tuna) for which this region is famous. Our partial sea view room with balcony was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was better than any we’ve ever seen, including bottles of open Cava (Spanish bubbly) that can be paired with nearby orange juice for a Mimosa, if desired. Made to order omelette station or ready-made freshly fried eggs (instead of scrambled eggs under a hood). We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Snack Bar and a dip in one of their multiple pools and sun bathing. Our beach time was with friends in nearby Palmar, so we didn’t walk down the path (and stairs?) to the hotel’s nearby beach. This is a hotel and chain that we will gladly book again in our future travels!"
