The downstairs has a foosball table, big screen TV and an Xbox 360 with games and there is an outdoor dart board under the deck. The second master on the lower level that has its own bathroom and outside access to the private patio for using the spa.

Upstairs, in addition to the light-filled living and dining areas there are two spacious bedrooms; one is a luxurious master suite with an attached private bathroom, dual closets and a sitting area. The other, with it's whimsical decor, is at the end of the hall to provide privacy for the adults or space for kids to play and make some noise.

Gather outdoors and grill on the secluded upper deck or soak in the large spa on the patio, which can be accessed from the deck or the downstairs master. Covered outdoor area with darts and a chiminea. Other amenities include a two large ROKU Smart TV's, wifi, a small office space and washer & dryer.
