Apparently, a new owner and a new property manager (Evolve) since January 2026, yet no on sight review done to compare with listing. Housekeeping contract issued for first time on day of arrival which gave that company no time to do an extensive clearing. Arrived with 2 large trash cans completely full at the street and additional 4 bags of garbage at entrance of lock box in garage. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, condiments in refrigerator with dirty shelves, dried food on pizza pan and grease on grill pan found in cabinets. Our 4 adults spent 4 initial hours cleaning the kitchen to store food that we brought. Ice maker in frig was frozen and did not work. One bathroom shower only had hot water working (no cold) and the other 2 were lukewarm at best. Toilet lever had to be held down for 10 seconds to flush completely and water gathered around base of toilet. All outdoor furniture had to be washed completely and deck was peeling, needs stained/painted. Outdoor grills were both extremely dirty. we did get the propane one working after scraping all of the jets and lighting it manually. Awning windows in one bedroom did not open from inside, had to open/close from outside. No lock on slider door to back deck. Great windows looking out to lake, but all were extremely dirty, inside and out. Appear to be start of mold on bathroom ceiling and one shelf of refrigerator. WiFi quit working This property has potent needs better management. We have pictures.
