"Decent breakfast. Big suite. Pool and hottub looked nice. Had some issues with several charges showing up on our account front desk wasn't too helpful. Holds eventually came off but there were several and none equales amount owed."

"Was very impressed with breakfast. Usually our flight leave before breakfast and I hope we get later flights from now on. 5 star"

"Our room was very clean, large (two queen beds), and modern. However, the room had no UBC outlets or 110V outlets available at bedside to charge your phone. Furthermore, there was no closet in the room to hang your clothes. Lastly, when we checked in at 5pm the 4:30am and 5:00am airport shuttles were full. We were forced to Uber to the airport. Having an airport shuttle was one of the reasons we chose the Hilton Paper Valley - Appleton."

"We had just an okay stay at this hotel. THe most concerning aspect was the lack of staff present to help. In the morning (from 7- 9 am), there was a locked grail across staff welcoming center and no note about whether staff may be back or not. Similarly, arriving at night, the staff presence was minimal. The room was quite dated and worn, with stains over the outside and inside of the refrigerator and multiple stains in the bathroom. By the way, this hotel brand does not provide hand towels. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel."
