"Sent to an already occupied room at check-in, which was a major safety concern. The room I was eventually given had mold in the bathroom, hair all over the bedding, bugs in the room, no hot water, almost no water pressure, and the A/C couldn’t keep the room cool. There was even a rock holding the back door open, which doesn’t inspire confidence in security. The staff was friendly and understanding about the issues, but unfortunately the cleanliness, maintenance, and security problems made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had."

"It was fairly nice. I had problems with the tv. I wasn’t able to call the host was because the phone didn’t work. The hostess was gracious showing me that only one of the controls worked. When I took a bath, the water kept running out so that didn’t last long. When I put the towel on the towel rod, it fell to the ground. "

"Pet friendly and very dated. Sub par coffee at breakfast. Not a lot of breakfast items. All the walls and trim work need fresh paint - stains and chipped paint everywhere. Old and stained bathroom fixtures. Moldy shower curtain. The linens were OK but did not have the normal sanitized, bleach smell. Questionable cleanliness and sanitizing. "

"Pool was unavailabe. Never found anyone at the desk, had to ring a doorbell and wait. Bsthtub was clean, but corroded. "

"Used bandage on the bedside table. Cigarettes on the floor so room clearly wasn’t cleaned properly after last occupant. Multiple broken outlets. Janky shower only had warm water if the handle was all the way left. Many cracks in walls & ceiling. Exposed wires. Toilet leaked a decent amount when flushed (ew) and ran nonstop. Room door didn’t quite close all the way (locked) and moved every time the hallway air pressure changes (like someone shut their door near room). The breakfast consisted only of apples & stale breakfast bars. Definitely ran down & overpriced. Spend the extra $20-30 and stay elsewhere. Staff was solid though. Will, a manager, was quite helpful offering us a “better” room and friendly. Front desk guy Rick was AMAZING starting before we even checked in (I called the day before) and is the sole reason I didn’t cancel & book elsewhere. "
