"Excellent staff and service. "

"The hair dryer in my room did not work, after complaining no one fixed it or let me use a different hair dryer. There was some kind of red sauce or blood on the ceiling in my room. I showed the front desk person, but nothing was done about it. There were little bugs crawling on the floor in my room. The carpets were dirty and looked like they weren’t vacuumed often. The day shift front desk person seemed overwhelmed but the night front desk people were nice and friendly. "

"The room was ok. Couldn’t get the cleaning ladies to actually clean. There was a language barrier but the wouldn’t even get the dirty towels or trash. One elevator was broke down the entire stay. Overall this place needs to be cleaned and renovated. Even the lid to to toilet tank was not the correct one. "

Whether it was check-in, answering questions, or assisting with small requests, they handled everything efficiently and with a great attitude. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable stay with great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tulsa and would stay here again."
