Super bright and spacious apartment just steps from the sea, located 8 blocks from the center of Mar del Plata, 5 blocks from the Unzué, where various activities for the family are carried out, 2 blocks from Plaza España.
You can enjoy your stay With excellent ocean view while you are eating, lying or watching TV in the living room!
It has two accesses and private garage option.
Two tv with cable. One Smart TV Wifi throughout the apartment.
A toilette and a bathroom with bathtub.
Room with double bed, another room with bunk, plus 2 single beds, and a comfortable 2-seater futon in the living room.
Full kitchen. Electric kettle, toaster, microwave. Fridge with freezer.
The apartment has an extra room, dependence.

It is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Next to the building there is a 24-hour kiosk and a very complete pantry. In the corner a very good ice cream shop !! half a block away there is greengrocer, farm, pool (where they load the SUBE). In front of "Punta Marina" great bar, cafeteria and restaurant .. Tb pharmacy in front of the building. 3 blocks from a Havanna and a few blocks from great bars and breweries !!
