I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very residential and there was no where to walk to. When I did get transportation it was convenient to have Gulf City Mall so close by. "
