"Have stayed here numerous times and return because it is generally very good and we enjoy relaxing by the pool. However this time the pool and pool area were shut - had we known we would have booked somewhere else. We we offered the use of the pool at the hotel across the road for $50 US each per day (2 of us therefore $100 US per day total) and told we would need to arrange our own taxis as it was dangerous to cross the road. We were given a late checkout free of charge to compensate, but our keys stopped working and we had to let in by cleaning staff who hadn’t been told and wanted to get in to clean our room. Overall, we found the situation totally unacceptable and feel completely let down. "

"The receptionist was so welcoming and assisted us with breakfast when we couldn’t be there on time. Big up the chef for his delicious food, my child loves his fish in coconut milk and eggs 👍. Our room was generally clean and the environment as well together with, the fridge, microwave and Cable TV was in proper working condition. I would definitely recommend staying a night or two. "

"Yes, i didn’t use the gym however, very good quality room, i was able to take business meetings there and sleep comfortably"

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. The 2nd bedroom beds were not as comfortable though because the mattress was kind of hard. The shower from the master bedroom was faulty because the water wouldn't go all the way up to the actual showerhead and it was uncomfortable to shower from that bathroom. "
