"Sis and I arrived a few hours prior to check-in time. Warmly greeted and offered coffee, juice and fresh native fruit. Delicious. Our rooms were ready and we were able to occupy them. No A/C, but leaving the doors open there was a nice breeze and sounds of the ocean waves. Early to rise with the local roosters; but refreshing sound compared to the city noise. Older accommodations; but clean. Enjoyable stay. "

"Great house, excellent location next to the super market and the beach. The host Vatea was very helpful. Clear communication and access instructions, labels and reminders posted around the house set clear expectations. The house is well equipped, we enjoyed the lounge chairs, kayak, barbecue. We would come back! "

"Villa Kahaia was a fabulous 4 day stay. It provided everything we needed and was super comfortable.It was very relaxing at sunset and in the evening sitting outside. Happy Market at beginning of the lane was great and so easy to walk to.Communication was very easy and excellent instructions for entry. We could have stayed much longer."

"Good things include a large kitchen, small pool, laundry and a large garage. Not so good is the WiFi available in the common areas only, and the need to cross a common hallway to enter your designated bathroom. Not sure about the breakfast in the description, I had to serve my own."
