Good place overall

Overall is good, the travel plan for tourists to get to know around is bad managed, the wifi needs improvement, and the hot water and water runs low by the and of the day, and for a double room I was expecting a bigger space. The view is beautiful and the staff is very friendly.

Location is great. Rooftop pool is very good. Rooms facing north have a balcony with sea view that can't be used, without guests receiving any explanation. Very awkward. Sheets are terrible. Black outs are bad, so you are awaken at 4:30am (sunrise)

After checkin in round midnight the receptionist was very friendly processing the paperwork and give us the key to room 317. Arriving at the room we discovered that the balcony door was not to be opened since a wooden bar instaltion screwed onto the framework prevented to do so. Secondly we discovered that the aircon did not work letting us to sweat all night. Third, after using the bathroom toilet, the flush did not drain down. Because of those three proper lacks we stated the next morning our horrible experience, we were told sorry but not more than those words, whereas on the other side the conditions were held very strickt to charge full payment. We do not in any case recomend this pousada. We are now staying in a very caring alternative paying much less and having much more.

Chegamos para checkin quase 17h e não tinham quarto disponível. Tivemos que esperar quase meia hora para ter acesso ao quarto, que foi outra surpresa. Terceiro andar sem elevador, sem janela, um caixote.nada informado na descrição do quarto. Luz do banheiro queimada e descarga com defeito. Na arrumação do quarto, não haviam toalhas limpas disponíveis, o que só disponibilizaram no final da tarde. Cobertores só foram entregues depois do terceiro pedido. Sinceramente, me senti enganada.

Recepção- todos que conhecemos , muitos educados, simpáticos. Quarto- aconchegante, a cama boa de dormir, banheiro com água quente e fria ( forte o chuveiro perfeito para lavar os cabelos), única coisa que não gostei, porque não tem YouTube na tv e nem Netflix para a pessoa conectar e assistir pela a própria tela. Café da manhã- perfeito, tem de tudo um pouco, doces, salgados , bolos, comidas, sucos, café, etc… Piscina- tem 2 , ótimo para escolher onde ficar mais à vontade. Todos os profissionais muitos educados, sempre simpático, nada a reclamar.

Boa localização, mas não tem estacionamento, boa piscina, bom café da manhã, no quarto assim que chegamos não tinham toalhas de banho nem de mão e também não havia pano no chão pra secar os pés ao sair do banho, as toalhas de banho foi preciso pedir quatro vezes e quando levaram só mandaram duas pra quatro hóspedes e ainda tinha uma toalha resgada e desfiada, a maioria dos funcionários achamos bem antipáticos, papel higiênico do banheiro são papéis tipo guadanapo, deixamos a porta sem aviso e mesmo assim os funcionários entraram para limpar e como sou PM havia uma arma no quarto.

Pousada simplesmente perfeita! Tudo magnífico ! Na minha opinião e de outros hóspedes que conversei, e necessário colocar aquecedor na piscina da cobertura, devido a água ser muito geladae ninguém querer tomar banho, e também da uma melhorada no aquecedor da piscina do terraço, fora isso a pousada e perfeita.

Frustrante

Minha experiência no hotel foi decepcionante e ficou aquém das expectativas. O quarto apresentava sinais de falta de manutenção, com infiltrações visíveis, ar-condicionado ineficiente e o serviço de TV por assinatura (SKY) fora de funcionamento. O banheiro também estava em condições inadequadas, com o box quebrado. Além disso, a recepção demonstrava descuido com a limpeza e a equipe parecia despreparada para atender adequadamente os hóspedes. Infelizmente, não recomendo a hospedagem, pois a experiência foi frustrante. Como pontos positivos, destaco a localização central em Maragogi, o que facilita o acesso a diversas atrações, e o café da manhã, que é variado e bem servido.
