Gîte Koala is a two-storey holiday home in Marans, ideal for an unforgettable stay with your loved ones. The property offers a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A ping-pong table is also available. A baby cot and high chair are provided.



Enjoy a private outdoor area featuring a heated pool, garden, open-air terrace, and barbecue. Four parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The interior is step-free for easy access.
