The apartment

A bright, family-friendly 1-bedroom on the 5th floor of the Skol building — just refurbished, modern, easy to live in. The bedroom has two single beds (perfect for two kids, or two adults travelling as friends), and the lounge has a double sofa bed for the parents — or the other way round. One bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Fully equipped open-plan kitchen — coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. West-facing terrace with afternoon sun, looking out over the mature tropical gardens to the beach.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

The location

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach — flat sand, shallow water, lifeguards in season. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Puerto Banús is 6km — walkable along the seafront, or by bus or boat. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed.
