This charming villa is located in a residential area just minutes from the heart of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Perfectly combining comfort, space, and functionality, it is designed to embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle.

It features a spacious and bright living room in a warm and inviting style, with high ceilings and wooden beams. Large windows flood the space with natural light.

The fully renovated kitchen features a modern design with a breakfast nook, perfect for informal meals or morning coffee.

The villa has four large bedrooms and four bathrooms, two on each floor, connected by an internal elevator.

Outside, you'll discover a generous terrace, dining and chill out areas, ideal for enjoying Marbella's mild climate.

The private garden is meticulously maintained and includes fruit trees that add charm and a natural touch. A sparkling pool, the centerpiece of the garden, is ideal for cooling off in summer or relaxing with a drink. The ground floor also has a summer kitchen, perfect for your meals in the garden!



Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay
