The location of this house is perfect near the beach, golf courses, all amenities and the vibrant cities, though in a very tranquil and pleasant urbanization, so you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
The house is on 3 levels in all 100 m2. It features 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, double beds and direct access to the terrace, a spacious bathroom with shower, a guest toilet, spacious and bright living/dining room with ceiling to floor glass doors and access to a spacious terrace and a fully equipped open kitchen. From each floor there is access to a spacious terrace, in total 3 south-west facing terraces, one of them a 60 m2 roof terrace with shower. All of them with lots of sun and panoramic views over the Mediterranean ocean, mountains and green areas.
The entire accommodation is furnished with comfortable furniture. On the terraces you find a comfortable lounge, sun beds, parasols and of course a BBQ, so you can relax and meditate while enjoying the beautiful views.
The residential complex has large common areas and a community pool surrounded by gardens and green lawns, which makes it a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors and the sun all day long. Around the pool you´ll find fitted parasols and sunbeds ready for you to relax.
