Within the well-known and luxurious urbanization Guadalmina Baja, very close to the famous Guadalmina Hotel Spa & Golf Resort, on the beachfront we have this beautiful classic-Andalusian villa on a large plot of 10.000 m2, of which about 4,000 m2 correspond to the huge garden with direct access to the beach, where we can enjoy throughout the year of the heated pool and fully equipped bar.


It has A large living room with fireplace and a large window that offers privileged views of the sea, Dining room, fully renovated kitchen 5 bedrooms en suite, all on the entrance level. The master suite with huge south facing Terrace is on the upper floor.
There is another bedroom on the lower level, next to the garage, for the service.
In additional, this Property has its own tennis court for the enjoyment of the most athletes.
