  • 65 m² designer apartment in the heart of Puerto Banús, on Calle Ribera, just steps from the marina. Open-plan living-dining area and kitchen, one separate bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room: accommodates up to 4 guests, ideal for a couple or a family with two children.



    The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and utensils. The apartment features air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. Located on the fourth floor with elevator access, it has a small balcony; the bedroom window offers a partial view of the sea and marina. Bed linen and towels are included. A crib is available upon request. Pets are allowed upon request.



    Right outside the building you'll find luxury shops, restaurants, cafés, and the marina with its yachts. Puerto Banús beach is about 250 m away on foot, and Marbella center and its golf courses are just a short drive away. The area is lively, especially from May to September, when there may be street noise at night.
