Due to the location of the apartment a car is not necessary as you are directly on the paseo of Marbella between the 2 ports, adjacent to Av. Severo Ochoa & a stones-throw from the historic old town with its enchanting side streets & the famous "orange square".
The apartment also benefits from a rooftop swimming pool (seasonal & unheated), with fabulous views of the Mediterranean coast and beyond, Morocco & Gibraltar.
We are delighted to highlight some of the key features of our lovely apartment.
* Recently fully refurbished with brand new bathrooms

* 2 very smart bedrooms, Bedroom 1 being a twin with an en-suite full bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom 2 being a king-size double.

* There is also a rooftop communal pool which provides all day sun (seasonal) , with plenty of loungers, we also supply the pool/beach towels). Out of season you are on the beach!
