  • This lovely holiday home is located in the Andalucía in the Elviria district in Marbella very close to the nearest beach. The home has a swimming pool which is shared by other guests and a garden where you can sunbathe or enjoy your meals and drinks. This place is ideal for groups or families. The nearest beach is 400m away for relaxing under the sun, sand, and water. The home is 1.8 km from Funny Beach and 6 km from Boardwalk. The area is ideal for golfing and windsurfing. Golden Beach is 8 km from Teatro Ciudad de Marbella and 9 km from Plaza de Toros de Marbella. La Cola Golf is 7.5km away. The air-conditioning will keep the house cool in the Spanish summers. WiFi is available free of charge here. On the second floor, there is a seating area and a hammock for your relaxation.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Arrivée dans un logement très sale dans la cuisine, dans le séjour et sur la terrasse. Des draps étaient tachés et avec des poils dans une des chambres et les murs étaient à certains endroits tachés de traces marrons. Aussitôt arrivé j'ai demandé à l'hôte de nous envoyer une équipe pour faire le ménage et la seule réponse a été de nous affirmé que les draps avaient été changé. Nous avons donc dû faire le ménage dès le soir de notre arrivée après s'être levé à trois heures du matin et après une journée de voyage et nous avons dû continuer le lendemain matin avec les enfants. Ensuite il nous a été reproché de ne pas avoir attendu que le ménage soit fait par l'équipe mais nous avons eu aucune réponse et nous n'allions pas commencé notre séjour dans ces mauvaises conditions d'hygiène au risque de tomber malade...

Zu wenig Steckdosen, keine Mehrfachstecker oder Verlängerungskabel, so dass nich nicht mal alle Nachttischlampen genutzt werden konnten. Nur ein Schlüssel, so dass Gartennutzung und Apartmentnutzung grundsätzlich logistisch abgestimmt werden muss, absolut unnötig. Küchenuntensilien eher alt oder spärlich, so dass Kochen keinen Spaß macht. Pfannen verkratzt und verbigen und kein Pfannenheber. Sauberkeit war auch nicht oberste Klasse. Kontakt zum Verwalter war sehr gut und direkt. Für den Preis den Apartments zu viele Mängel, die einfach zu beheben wären mit ein bisschen Mühe und Sorge.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Belvilla by OYO Golden Beach house, L'emplacement était à quelques pas de la plage, ce qui était génial pour nos baignades matinales, La maison était suffisamment spacieuse pour notre groupe, et nous avons adoré passer du temps près de la piscine, Tout était propre et bien entretenu, J'ai particulièrement aimé le hamac au deuxième étage, parfait pour les après-midis paresseux, Le seul inconvénient était que le WiFi pouvait être un peu capricieux par moments, mais dans l'ensemble, c'était une excellente expérience, Nous reviendrions certainement !
