  • Welcome to Marbella Suites, a central and comfortable apartment located in the heart of Marbella, just a short walk from the beach. Perfect for couples, families, and groups looking to enjoy the Costa del Sol with every comfort.



    The apartment features a private terrace, air conditioning in every room, and access to a communal pool. Its prime location allows you to walk to restaurants, shops, cafés, and all city services.



    The communal pool is generally available to guests from June 1 to September 15, subject to the homeowners’ association’s decisions regarding repairs or improvements. In such cases, access may be limited or temporarily suspended. The pool remains closed the rest of the year for maintenance and preparation for the summer season.
