Magnificent 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms duplex apartment, located on the 6th floor in Block A, of the Skol building in Marbella. This bright, East-facing apartment has great sea views. The popular Skol Complex is a front-line beach right in the heart of Marbella, and 50 meters away from the famous Marbella port. Surrounded by fine dining restaurants and also pubs, bars, and shops.

This newly-renovated duplex comprises: on the bottom floor, spacious living/dining room with flat-screen TV, sofa-bed, and access to the furnished terrace; fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, and microwave; and separate bathroom with shower; stairs to the bedroom area; master bedroom with twin beds and large windows with superb views; second interior bedroom with twin beds; and separate bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with A/C throughout and its own Wi-Fi connection.

Family holiday
We stayed in this property in October we enjoyed it so much we decided to make a return trip to escape the British winter weather. Apartment is beautiful very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing break the views across the marina are lovely and the apartment is ideally located close to shops bars and restaurants and walking distance to the old village and bus stops which have a regular bus service to other resorts We had a very relaxing week and will return soon
