Bright and comfortable apartment set in a unique secured development Elviria del Sol with immaculate kept gardens in the heart of lively Elviria town. Within 10-15 minutes walk you have all amenities, shops, vast choice of restaurants, and seemingly endless golden beaches. The complex offers a lot of space and privacy, immaculate kept gardens, two large swimming pool areas (one heated in the winter) with plenty of sun beds, great restaurant, free Wi-Fi zone and tennis courts. Beautiful holiday home with plenty of light, comfortable beds and large terrace with garden views. Perfect choice for families with kids, couples on romantic holiday or seniors who want to enjoy the sun in peaceful atmosphere. Marbella town - 15 minutes drive.

This ground floor apartment with plenty of light was recently refurbished and consists of three beautiful cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room with open plan kitchen, and access to the sunny partly covered terrace with dining table and couple of sun loungers. All three rooms offers comfortable king size beds (1.80x2.00). Air-conditioning throughout, fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, heated floors in the bathrooms for extra comfort. Free parking on the street just outside of the complex.

A beautiful seemingly endless golden beach can be reached on foot within 15 minutes to take long walks all the way to Marbella. The beach has stunning views to the mountains, wonderful beach bars on the sand and spectacular sunsets.

Elviria is a popular holiday resort for families, young and retired couples, and is home to the five-star Don Carlos Hotel and the famous Nikki Beach Club. The internationally renowned Santa Maria Golf & Country Club is also located here, as well as largest adventure park in Andalusia - Amazonia Park.

Elviria is packed with restaurants and bars, including tapas and Spanish ‘menu del día’ options, pizza, Chinese and British options, as well as some beach clubs and first class dining venues, including El Lago Restaurant, La Scala Italian, Nikki Beach and Estrella del Mar.

This beautiful urbanisation located on the coast around 10km east of Marbella and a 45 minute journey from Malaga’s International airport.
