DOWNSTAIRS: One bedroom with two single beds that can be combined intro one double bed or two singles beds & one bedroom with a double bed.
✔ 4 full bathrooms to ensure comfort and privacy: UPSTAIRS: Ensuite in the master bedroom, one full bathroom. DOWNSTAIRS: one full bathroom inside the house and one extra full bathroom in the back garden.

NOTE: An independent guest house is available for an extra fee of 100€ per night with it's own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. Ideal for extra guests, teenagers, or staff.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in may be available upon request—please contact us in advance to arrange this.


Family Facilities
A travel cot with bedding is available for an additional fee (subject to availability).
Guests are welcome to use it, but we kindly ask that it be set up and returned to its original storage location before check-out.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
