Spread over three floors with three bedrooms—each featuring an en suite bathroom and its own balcony—as well as a large terrace on the ground floor and a spacious barbecue terrace on the upper floor, you can enjoy the sun all day long in a tropical setting. There’s also a large, well-equipped kitchen, as well as a living and dining room. Two outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness studio, two saunas, a ping-pong table, and a trampoline offer plenty of variety in this exclusive, quiet residential area. Numerous golf courses and tennis courts are located in the immediate vicinity. The beach and the famous marina in Puerto Banús are a 20- to 30-minute walk away. By car, it’s less than 5 minutes. You can reach city centre Marbella in 10 minutes by car or in less than half an hour by bike along the beach.
