A beautifully reformed, modern apartment set in the heart of the Golden Mile, in a resort-style community.



The property has been decorated to a very high standard throughout; with Scandinavian touches and a comfortable terrace that perfectly captures the late-afternoon sun. The apartment is within a short walk from Casablanca beach, Marbella’s best, with exclusive restaurants, relaxing bars and stylish cafes all minutes away. Guests will enjoy expansive landscaped gardens and a large swimming pool, as well as free use of padel tennis courts in a 24hr secure and gated complex.



The apartment comprises an open lounge, kitchen and dining area, newly furnished and with modern appliances, including a built-in coffee machine and a wine-fridge. The entire space is light and open, perfect for socialising and relaxing with family on the comfy sofas and armchairs, or in the dining area with views to the pool and gardens. A hallway takes you the master bedroom and a double-room both with king-sized beds and spacious bathrooms.



In the lounge you’ll find a TV with the international TV Channels in a wide range of languages including English, Swedish, French and Spanish. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 300mb.
