The family-friendly complex has a seasonal communal pool and private garage with lift access. Inside: central heating, air conditioning, fast WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. Just 500m to San Pedro centre, 600m to the beach, and under 10km to Marbella. Minimum age 25, no parties or pets.
This spacious and tastefully furnished penthouse offers 138 m² of comfortable living space, with three bedrooms and an inviting living and dining area. The highlight is the generous 40 m² terrace, where you can relax, enjoy the waterfront and mountain views, or share meals outdoors.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. With plenty of room to unwind and a welcoming atmosphere, the apartment is ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing stay on the Costa del Sol.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊
Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.
Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.

Swimming Pool Information :
Pool timings for the summer (15th June to 15th September) will be from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm
The maximum number of guests allowed in the pool per apartment is four (4) persons, as long as the capacity of the swimming pool allows it
One guard will be hired in two phases : from 18.00 hours to 02.00 hours (Monday to Friday) and from 16.00 hours to 00.00 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
