Los Monteros ground floor with garden

Beautiful ground floor apartment with large terrace and private garden located in well-known beachfront residence Los Monteros Palm Beach. The complex offers two large swimming pool areas with sun loungers, manicured gardens, 24 hours security and direct access to the best beaches of eastern Marbella and sand dunes (ecological reserve - Dunas de Marbella). Famous Trocadero Arena beach restaurant as well as kitesurf and windsurf facilities only 5 minutes stroll along the boardwalk. Marbella is only a 30 minutes walk away along the beach.



This holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom with super king size bed (1.80x2.00) and ensuite bathroom; 2nd bedroom with double bed (1.35x1.90) and single bed; and kids bedroom with two single beds. Adjacent shower room to share. Modern open plan kitchen is full equipped to prepare your meals. Large living room with comfortable sitting area, Smart TV and dining table for 6 persons. Living room and main bedroom have access to the outdoor terrace (west facing) with views to the green gardens. Terrace equipped with electric awnings to create some shade during the hot sunny days and there is also access to the small private garden. Large swimming pool located just outside of the apartment's block. Another swimming pool with direct access to the beach and beach restaurant just 3 minutes walk.



Air conditioning throughout, fast Wi-Fi and Smart TV. Main bedroom and living room have electric shutters. Two other bedrooms black out curtains.



Please note that there is some noise from the highway on the terrace, but it is not disturbing.



Los Monteros Palm Beach development enjoys an exceptional location, right on the seafront in the La Reserva de Los Monteros nature reserve and by the Rio Real golf course. This area is highly sought after for its attractive sandy beaches, tranquil atmosphere, exclusive beach restaurants and proximity to Marbella. It offers magnificent views over the protected area with sand dunes and the sea.

very nice apartment on the seafront

The apartment is located on the seashore, has three bedrooms and the kitchen is new, equipped with all the necessary utensils, new good quality cookware. In addition, it has a generous terrace equipped with furniture and has access to the garden. We also had 2 underground parking spaces. The host is very hospitable, she answered any question very quickly. Thank you very much. the sink faucets should be replaced,
