This lovely villa is located amazingly in Nueva Andalucia, which is a 7-minute drive from central Marbella and 5 minutes from the luxurious town of Puerto Banus. There are many restaurants and bars only a 3-minute car journey away, or a short walk. There is a supermarket and deli only a 5 minute walk away. This villa has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and the kitchen comes equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. There is a lovely pool, and a beautiful terrace, perfect for chilling out and enjoying the Marbella sun. There is a patio area that is covered, with a barbecue available for delicious dinners outside. The roof top chill out has a covered and open space for sun bathing and star gazing. . Street parking is available for this property.
