This newly decorated 2-bedroom apartment is located in the prestigious Marbella Real urbanisation on the Golden Mile, just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Casablanca Beach. The apartment boasts a spacious and private terrace, perfect for enjoying the morning and afternoon sun, and features top-quality furnishings throughout. Guests will have access to expansive landscaped tropical gardens, waterfalls, fountains, and a swimming pool. The 24-hour secure, gated complex is just minutes away from shops, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, and a wide range of leisure facilities.



The apartment includes a large L-shaped terrace, with one side featuring a dining area with a fridge and freezer, and the other a relaxing chill-out zone with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and mood lighting. Fresh herbs like mint and coriander are available for guests to use.
