    The property features 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large living-dining area, and 3 terraces, as well as a generous private garden with pool and barbecue—ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying time outdoors together.



    The villa can accommodate more than 16 people, with a maximum capacity of up to 20 guests, subject to an extra charge for additional guests. Sleeping arrangements: 12 single beds, 4 double beds, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, spacious living-dining room, 3 terraces, and a large private garden, pool, and barbecue area. There are 3 Wi-Fi access points, TV, and air conditioning (hot/cold) in 6 bedrooms and the living room.



    Parking is available for up to 3 cars on the property, with free street parking also possible.



    The pool can be heated on request for an extra fee. To ensure the water reaches a comfortable temperature, please request heating at least 72 hours before arrival. If you wish to enjoy the heated pool during your stay, we recommend requesting it in advance.
