Ideal holiday apartment in the popular Locrimar V urbanisation of Nueva Andalucia. The ground floor unit is west facing, enjoys sun all afternoon, and is comfortably furnished. This fantastic community is fully gated, provides private parking, and 2 communal swimming pools situated in the centre of the community’s gardens. Locrimar V is just 5 minutes drive from the world famous Puerto Banús and less than 2km walk from the beach!
Entry through the front door presents the kitchen on the left, the corridor to the 2 bedrooms just past this, and the dining area and living room in front. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests may need for cooking and entertaining during their holidays. The dining area has seating for 4, and leads to the living room, which is furnished with a large L-Shaped sofa facing a Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc) hung on the wall. Direct access onto the large terrace is through the sliding window. The terrace is very spacious, providing a chillout seating area, alfresco dining area, and sunbeds.
The guest bedroom offers 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe space, and has access to the guest bathroom with bath/shower. The master bedroom has a large double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have direct access onto the terrace, which runs the width of the apartment.
The apartment has centralised A/C (hot and cold) in all rooms, and strong fibre optic WiFi (100mbps).
Included in the rental of the property is access to a covered private parking space inside the urbanisation, and the 2 communal swimming pools (seasonal availability).
This property is perfect for families and sensible groups. Parties and Stag and Hen groups are not accepted.
