This modern, south west facing, ground floor apartment is superbly decorated and furnished to the highest standards and comes fully equipped with integrated air conditioning/central heating plus free fibre optic Internet access. On the 32" Smart TV, people can watch their favourite series on Netflix, Amazon Prime or stream movies. There is also a full range of Irish and UK TV channels as well as Spanish ones. Also, some German, Scandinavian & French channels plus others.
Consisting of a gated community for added security, there is a lift to this ground floor apartment from a private underground car park thus permitting easy access for those with young families or for the not so young.
It is fully licenced (No. VFT/MA/10727) and compliant with all the Rules and Regulations governing rental properties in the Province of Andalucia. The Medical Kit (is in the bottom drawer in the TV unit). There are 2 smoke alarms, the Fire Extinguisher (is on the wall behind the kitchen door) and the Electronic Safe is on the floor of the main bedroom wardrobe.
The grounds are beautifully landscaped with magnificent exotic flowers & shrubs and 4 swimming pools (including one for children) all cascading into one another by means of an artificial river. The largest pool, which is the one nearest the apartment also has 4 fountains. Lifeguards are on duty in July and August. It is maintained on a year round basis and accessible at one's own responsibility.
The apartment is within walking distance of local bars & restaurants & is beside the Port of Cabopino where one can dine overlooking the marina & luxury boats. Cabopino has 1,200m of beach with a variety of water sports, relaxed atmosphere, beautiful harbour, top class bars and restaurants serving Spanish, European, Italian, Indian and Chinese food to suit all tastes. A key feature of Cabopino is that, in the Plaza, parents can sit and relax outside the restaurants and bars while keeping a watchful eye on their children playing in the Plaza.
Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola are only a short drive away. With their major shopping malls, they provide retail therapy for those seeking a break from either sunbathing or golf.
So, whether one wants to stroll around the traditional cobbled streets of Marbella Old Town including Orange Square, visit the sophisticated, chic & bustling marina of Puerto Banus, relax on golden beaches close by or play a round of golf on the many award winning golf courses, this location is ideal.
Just some of the facilities nearby are a waterpark, zoo and crocodile park in Fuengirola. There is a breathtaking cable car ride in Benalmadena (one passes under it coming from the airport). The property was unreal. Amazing stay, amazing pools, amazing location. Just the best stay we have had in a long time. So happy we chose here for our stay.
Very well placed, in Reserva Marbella, with market at 200m and super markets very close. Access to the beach is also very easy. Very clean apartment with everything that is needed during vacation period. No issues at all, I recommend and willing to come back another time.
We had a wonderful time! The apartment is perfectly located for all the best the Costa del Sol has to offer, and is a stones throw from a great pool. The apartment was well equipped for all you might need, including sun loungers and an umbrella for pool days! Cabopino Port and beach is just a short drive away, with lots to offer children and adults alike. The host is extremely communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here :-).
We spent a week in this apartment between Marbella City and Málaga. The connection conditions are great, if you are by car.
In fact, if you want to see more and visit the city/ the port/Málaga City/... you need a rental car.
The Manager who was welcoming us, showed us the apartment and even offered us some food, which was stored in the fridge. Just admirable!
The apartment was provided with Spices, Tea, Towels, Beach Towels, Umbrella for the beach, beach-chairs, and even books in English under the TV. Summed up there was provided nearly everything you need.
The apartment is located in a safe area, protected by a gate, which you can open with keys, or a chip.
When you need a recommendation for a beach, I suggest you the beach called "Playa Cabopino".
We stayed at Frank's place from January 21 to Feb. 25, 2024. The place was in top shape, pictures reflect exactly. Frank was quick to respond to our every question before and after booking. The large apartment was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The welcome package was greatly appreciated - coffee, bread, milk, cheese, ham, eggs, butter and even a bottle of Spanish white! Parking is included as advertised but we recommend a small compact car if you rent one
as the spot is tight. As we were there during the off season we were not able to enjoy the pool but could see that it was lovely as was the rest of the grounds. John and Angela, our contacts for the condo, were most helpful and responsive especially since we arrived late on a Sunday night. Angela changed the linen and towels every 2 weeks, a nice bonus.
One thing to improve would be the size of the hot water tank. You could not take 2 showers in a row as the hot water would run out. Planning around that solved the problem.
Overall, the condo is as advertised and we heartily recommend it for an enjoyable holiday in Marbella!
Lovely apartment, clean with plenty of cooking utensils, towels, sunbeds and unbrellas available. Within walking distance of a supermarket and if you dont mind walking only a 10/15 min walk to Cabopino and a bit further along Calahonda.
We had a great time staying in Frank and Betty’s apartment- the apartment is immaculate and there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us which was much appreciated.
The complex is lovely and the pool areas is great.

Great apartment and perfect for our stay. Close to Cabopino and on a bus route. We had a hire car so were able to get out and about and explore local places. Weather was disappointing but we made most of the sunny days. Too early in season for pools to be open but they looked good.
The condo was all we needed. Cabopino is great. The building is in good shape and they have a nice pool. I recommend the condo to anyone. Frank was so magnanimous. He supplied the kitchen with food so we had something to eat and drink upon our arrival. What a thoughtful gesture.
Check in and out was flawless. We arrived late and car rental made it even later. However, all went smoothly. Very nice location and easy access.
Lovely apartment, more than adequate for 3 adults. There was a welcome pack on arrival which was a really nice touch and very much appreciated.
The complex was great, with the main big pool right outside the apartment main doors but we preferred the smaller pool at the top as it was quieter.
Location was great. About a 5 min walk to the local supermarket at the bottom of the hill. You might need a car if you struggle with mobility issues but otherwise you can get out and about on the M220 bus. We downloaded the Moovit app which had updated bus times.
It was a 20 minute walk to the beach and Cabopino marina.
We had a lovely time.
Frank and Betty were wonderful hosts. From the lovely welcome package to detailed information recommending restaurants and sites to see, we felt right at home. Property Managers, John and Angela were very quick to respond to any queries and a great help during our two month stay.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a gated complex surrounded with beautiful gardens. Online pictures reflect the unit perfectly and includes everything needed for a comfortable stay.
We did not hire a car but walked extensively or took public transit which is an 8 minute walk down the street. Yes, there is an incline up to the complex, but we used it as a challenge to walk it daily as we explored the area, nearby beaches, grocery shop or took transit to other towns.
We would highly recommend staying at Frank and Betty’s home away from home if you are visiting the area.

Nice quiet location
We were at family of 5 1 junior 2 teens and parents the pool was really nice and most days pretty much had it to ourselves as a lot of locals live in the apartments so only frequent the pool in the evening a few local shops within a ten minute walk and underground parking was ideal as you will need a vehicle to explore the various surrounding resorts at night. Cabopino beaches are a 5 min drive or 20 minute walk away ( Up hill on the way back) The apartment is spacious and has all the facilities you need, some signs of wear and tear beach towels are quite faded and oven handle gets really hot, sunbeds not ideal as one was broken at the top and worn fabric, under the bed and sofas could do with a better clean as quite dusty but nothing a bit of tlc would sort, getting keys was really easy met Angela nearby who showed us around the apartment, would stay here again as apartment was ideal for family size with pull out double bed and very peaceful at night.
The online presentation of the property is clever, wide angle lenses give an impression of a larger property The handover by the manger was inadequate, she appeared to be in a mega rush! Failure to explain how to exit the underground carpark was not helpful. The fitted under sheet was a very poor fit!You needed a degree in engineering to operate aircon/ heating. We were not briefed how to raise the temp of the water for showers.The owner was very cooperative in trying to resolve minor niggles!Stray cats are a Spanish problem,, persistent meeoowing at door not ideal!Poor weather did not help our experience Would we go back? NoThe property needs a little bit of tlc, and a new set of kitchen knives!
We (family with 3 children) had a great time in the apartment. The facility is clean and the kids loved the pool. There was even a lifeguard watching over the pool guests from beginning of July.
The apartment was more than adequately equipped (including sun loungers for the pool, swimming noodles, iron, ...), enough dishes and even spices, tea and cleaning supplies are available. Frank had even organized a small welcome package for the first breakfast. Thank you!
You can easily park the car in the underground garage and then get to the apartment via a small staircase or by elevator. Unfortunately, the parking lot is limited by a few concrete pillars, so we had to maneuver our Ford Galaxy a bit. But smaller cars should have no problems ;-).
In advance Frank had sent us very detailed information about the apartment and the surrounding area.

The owner Frank was lovely during our initial communication. His manager met us there the day we arrived in a huge rush to leave. The place was very dirty and honestly falling apart. The table falls apart when you try to have dinner. None of the knives work, the drawers are falling apart, the bathroom unit is missing legs. The place could be quite charming with a little love and care. But they do a minimal amount to maintain it. The lights keep turning off, it's full of small roaches. Honestly, if you have a choice I would stay somewhere else. I would have changed if I could, but I was there for 7 weeks. I spent the first day going to the store to buy cleaning products to scrub the place. It also had a funky smell, so I had to buy stuff to make it smell nicer. Again, the owner seemed lovely and made an effort to send us places to eat, but the stay was not pleasant for us. Kind of a dump.

Résidence très bien tenue agréable, calme, bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire fidèle à la description donnée. Accueil agréable, un seul petit bémol pour le ménage poussière et mouton sous les lits. Pour notre départ on nous demande de sortir la voiture du garage et laisser les clés à l'intérieur de l'appartement, ce qui a compliqué la chose pour nous. Dommage que la résidence se trouve au milieu d'un autoroute avec tous les dangers aussi bien en voiture qu'à pieds. La Ville de Marbella n'a pas pensé à tout.
Het appartement was volledig en schoon ingericht.De bedden waren prima.Een min puntje; balkon lag op het noorden, pas laat in de middag de zon en uitzicht, vlak voor je keek je tegen struiken aan. Geen uitzicht jammer genoeg.Verder was het top!
Alles in allem eine gute Wohnung, zwei Badezimmer, die alles hatten, was man brauchte, sogar Körpercreme. Lediglich die Armaturen waren veraltet, eine Dusche war kaputt. In der Küche gab es auch alles, was man zum Geschirrspülen, Wäschewaschen und Kochen brauchte – Olivenöl, Gewürze, Butter im Kühlschrank, Milch, Eier, Käse.Es ist etwas weit vom Strand entfernt.
