Beautiful townhouse located in famous Lomas de Marbella Club community. Located in the heart of the Golden Mile, within few minutes to Puente Romano.
On the ground floor, a spacious living space with a fireplace. A dedicated corner for workplace that gives on a big terrace with barbecue and open on a beautiful garden. A fully equipped kitchen with easy access to the dining room and the terrace.
The upper floor includes a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite double sink and tub bathroom. A balcony serves the room with a beautiful view on the garden, the sea and the mountains.
The second room has two single beds with access to the balcony. A bathroom deserves this room with a shower and toilet.
Guests have access to all parts of the house
Guests access the property through the main gate where security will provide the keys and lead the way upon arrival.
